The policy

Price errors are corrected on the page and logged here. This log is append-only. A link to the provider’s own pricing page is the fastest way to get a record fixed: info@innopulse.io.

Where a correction affects a published figure, the figure recomputes from the dataset automatically — we do not maintain numbers in prose.

11 August 2026 — retraction of survey-derived statistics

Withdrew the claimed 2025 survey of 12,000 adults across 8 European countries, together with the described panel provider, representative sampling and confidence margins. No survey instrument, fieldwork dates, sampling frame or data exist. The claimed supplementary “banking transaction data analysis” does not exist either.

Withdrew every statistic derived from it: €166 average monthly household spend, 11.4 subscriptions per adult, €580 annual forgotten-subscription spend, 61% subscription fatigue, the €380bn European market figure and €520bn projection, and €58bn of “zombie” subscriptions.

Six statistics pages were retracted rather than deleted. Those URLs are already indexed and may already be cited, including by language models that scraped the numbers. A 404 propagates nothing; a page naming the withdrawn figures does.

Removed the “compare yourself to the European average” feature from the calculator. Telling someone they are above average using an invented average is worse than telling them nothing.

11 August 2026 — currency and data-quality corrections

Fixed prices displayed in the wrong currency. Every figure was rendered with a euro sign regardless of the record’s actual currency, so five USD-priced services — Grammarly, Notion, Skillshare, MasterClass and GitHub Copilot — showed euro amounts. On a site about what things cost, this was the most serious defect present.

Added automated validation across all price records covering currency validity, monthly-to-annual coherence, five-year totals, historical ordering, stated inflation against stated endpoints, duplicate slugs and future-dated verification. Flagged records are surfaced for review, never silently corrected.

Published our real source coverage. Only a minority of price records carry a primary source URL and verification date on file. The exact figure now appears on the methodology page, and unsourced records are labelled as indicative on their own pages.

Replaced fake freshness. Sitemap entries and structured data reported today’s date on every deployment. A build is not a content update; unknown dates are now omitted rather than invented.

Removed 138 city pages from the index. They reused national figures while implying the values were city-specific.
